Gail Smith started in the business world with such a gift; working for a company that taught “customer service” had the most impact on people and referral is the best form of a compliment. For her first 10 years, she worked for Nordstrom, a large retailer out of the Pacific Northwest, a known industry leader in the customer service retail business. Competition has tried to replicate their business models.

After moving 26 years ago from the northwest to the “Valley of the Sun” Phoenix, Arizona she pursued a career in the mortgage business. For several years, she felt the excitement of clients getting approved to purchase a new home. Gail Smith, being a people person, was convinced she could expand her passion for real estate by getting licensed and going in search of their dream home. Giving clients the keys to their purchases would bring her and those she worked with even greater joy and purpose.
